2008 -2009 Teachers
& staff: As
everyone knows, the old helpdesk system died
when I upgraded to the new server. It was just
too old to be compatible. I've been searching
for a replacement that would work and after
spending most of last week on getting it
configured...IT'S BACK!!!
It looks different but is very easy to use. I
fixed the email issue we were having with the
LEECA email addresses and you should get an
email with a tracking number for you to use to
update or check on the status of your requests.

If you would like to add a section to our pages, please
let me know. It's fairly easy to set up a space
for you to maintain your own pages. I'd even be
