    The High School Media Club is unique in that it meets during the school day and provides:

• service opportunities 
• leadership positions 
• instruction in and practice with various media and technology offered through the Media Center
• vocational background on library information careers
• time for personal schoolwork

    Runner members report to the Media Center daily during a study hall and deliver study hall and attendance slips.  Other duties may include magazine and book prep, computer upkeep, playing daily TV programs, creating displays in the Media Center and shelving.  
    Club projects include a computer disk fundraiser, making replacement student ID cards, and Community Christmas Adopt-a-Family, as well as social events and field trips as determined by the membership. Monies raised have been used to purchase materials and equipment for the Media Center and fund club activities.
