All home practices and matches will be held at Springvale Golf Course on Canterbury off Butternut Ridge Rd.
Parents are allowed to follow players on the course at home matches.
Parents are not allowed on any of the away match courses. Course policy.
Team News
The team has won three matches in a row and is presently 3-2 in the conference.
The only two losses have been to Brecksville which is undefeated and leads the league and Avon Lake whose only loss is to Breckville
The girls are all working hard and we have already set a new team 9-hole record of 181 with Kelly Limpert (42), Danielle Jonas(45), Katey Hull(46), and Nicole Gentile(48).

Golf Team Rules
1. Be punctual for all practices and matches
2. Have all your equipment for each match and practice.
3. Have your uniforms clean and wear them properly.
4. No inappropriate language or actions will be tolerated at any time.
5. Let the Coach know ahead of time if you are going to be late or are sick.

1. A set of golf clubs.
2. Appropriate golf footwear
3. Team uniforms, and raingear
4. Golf balls, tees, and divot repair tool, ball markers, umbrella, and water bottle
Match News
The girl's finished 4th in the SWC Tourney just 3 strokes behind Westlake. For the third time we lost. each time by 3,6,3, strokes.
The conditions were terrible for everyone. Rainy, windy, 60 degrees, but the girls did well.

The Girl's Golf Program
The girl's Varsity Golf Program will be entering it's eighth season as a varsity sport. Coach Naples started the program and has been it's only coach. The team has finished between second and fifth place in six of the seven seasons that it has been a part of the Southwest Conference Golf League. The team is one of the six original teams. The returning team was third in the conference last year and is returning three girls girl's with playing experience. Any girl attending North Olmsted High School in grades 9 thru 12 is eligible to participate on the team.The season officially begins on August 3rd 2010 and ends on October 10th 2010. The girl's do meet and play over the summer. Any girl's wanting to play should contact the high school athletic department.
My Coaching Philosophy
As
a coach, I do not believe in cutting any golfer from the golf program.
I feel that golf is a lifelong sport that can be enjoyed by individuals
long after their high school days are over. I encourage girl's to
take golf to whatever level they desire, and I will help them to achieve
the level of play that they are capable. I also believe that as
the coach of a varsity sport the most skilled players must have
the opportunity to represent their team and school in a match.
With that said, I also believe that all athletes must be given a fair
opportunity to challenge for a starting position on the golf team during
the season.
