Contact Lens Waiver

It is strongly recommended that no student wear contact lenses while participating in laboratory experiments.  Potential damage (including blindness) may occur to those students and/or the actual contact lens if worn in the laboratory.  It is understood that all preventive measures will be taken to avoid accidents, however, the instructor or the school district shall not be held liable for any injury that may be sustained if a student decides to wear contact lenses in the chemistry laboratory.
