History of the Fundraiser:

In 2009, Mrs. Caso and Mrs. Drobnak started NOHS's first ever Recycling fundraiser for both NOHS Computer Club and Science Olympiad.  We started doing this to conserve the environment.  How exactly do we conserve the environment?

• Help to reduce the carbon footprint.
• Put cell phones back into use if they are still usable.
• Reuse inkjet cartridges.
• Reduce landfill.
• Reduce chemical waste

So...What do we and don't we accept?

We accept the following items:

• Any iPad or tablet device
• All gold, silver, and platinum jewlery (not costume jewelery)
• Any laptop or notebook
• All inkJet cartridges
• MP3 players: These brands/models only
  • Apple iPod, Microsoft Zune, SanDisk Sansa, Creative Zen
• Any digital SLR camera (DSLR)
• Any digital video camera (camcorder)
• Any hand held video game consoles
• Game consoles: These models only

• Any Range Finder or SkyCaddie
