Course Description
Algebra and Trigonometry is designed to build on algebraic and geometric concepts in preparation for high school and college level calculus courses. Concepts include quadratic functions, complex numbers, conic sections, logarithmic and exponential equations, and of course trigonometry. This is a college preparatory course intended to prepare students for further studies in mathematics in accordance to the standards suggested by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
